TerrraPro takes the issues of the landowners in access and terrain protection very seriously. Once access needs are complete, the owner becomes the recipient of either good or bad stewardship by the temporary visitor. Without proper care and attention to access preparation and use, long term results and impact on the landowner can be devastating. Whether zero tillage fields are compromised, sensitive tundra is set back decades by vegetative damage, or muskeg membranes are destroyed creating open water bodies and disrupting the boreal forest ecosystem, both current and future generations of landowners are impacted.

We at TerraPro consider landowners or landowner groups our partners as we offer industry solutions that will both mitigate landowner impact and also provide some level of compensation for the disruption of lifestyle and risks involved in providing access permission.
